Ms. Williams has over 25 years of experience in the retail field. Utilizing her Fine and Studio Arts background from attending the University of RI, she owned and operated her own small business in Providence, RI. Moving on to big box retailing, she was employed for 23 years by Sears/Kmart Corporation first as department area manager and then as Human Resources Manager.
After completing a course at New Horizons Computer Learning Center in Microsoft Applications and Executive Administration in 2010, Paula joined the Foresight Team. In addition to being actively involved in the daily administrative affairs, as Project Coordinator she utilizes SharePoint to track all projects ensuring timely delivery of all reports. She assists the President & COO, Norton Kaplan, in managing the Commercialization Support Programs for the NIH, EPA SBIR, and all assessment work for universities, state agencies and small business.
Volunteer experience since 2012 includes being a member of the University of RI Master Gardener Program, sharing environmentally sound gardening practices to the local community.
