Michael A. Scata

Mr. Scata has over 30 years of finance and accounting experience, managing several companies as a CEO, CFO, fractional CFO, VP of Finance, COO, and Controller. He has nine years of experience as a CFO in the medical industry and has extensive experience in most areas of business execution. He also received extensive training and experience as a former Deloitte Touche manager and CPA.  His experience includes auditing, business consulting, M&A transactions, managing software conversions, and performing accounting and tax services for a broad range of clients, using many types of business, management, and operations software. In past roles, Mr. Scata managed compliance and audits for the FDA, HIPPA, IRS, FDIC, FTC, OCC and other Federal and State regulatory agencies, and served over 10 years as Board Treasurer for a Denver non-profit organization providing strategic planning, staff training, grant application reviews, prepared board financial packages and interfaced with auditors.
