For over 15 years, Julia Goldberg has focused her career on the commercialization of technologies from research institutions as well as emerging companies. She is an active member of MA innovation ecosystem connecting entrepreneurs, big companies, investor community, and non-profit organizations toward collaborative partnerships.
Prior to joining Foresight, Ms. Goldberg worked for 14 years at the Massachusetts Technology Transfer Center at UMass Business Development, where she facilitated technology transfer in various fields including Life Sciences, Clean Energy, Marine and Ocean Sciences, and Nutrition Technologies. Before that, she has worked with Lucent Technologies as a Product Engineer, developing telecommunications products and bringing client needs to production by coordinating teams across the organization. She also worked with Towers Semiconductor where she gained her process engineering experience.
Ms. Goldberg holds a bachelor’s degree in Material Engineering from St. Petersburg Polytechnic University, a master’s degree in Chemistry from Techion, Israel Institute of Technology, and a master’s degree in Intellectual Property from UNH (formerly Franklin Pierce Law Center).
