Originally from Chicago, Illinois, Dionne received her B.A. in Engineering from Brown University. Following her years at Brown, Ms. Nickerson was a two-year member of the AmeriCorps Alachua County READS program in Gainesville, Florida. As an AmeriCorps member, she aided struggling elementary school readers and assisted in the implementation of the Florida State University pilot tutoring program, TAILS (Tutor-Assisted Intensive Learning Strategies), in Alachua County, Florida. Before joining Foresight, Ms. Nickerson spent three years in Troyes, France working as an English language assistant, where she taught English to elementary school students as well as French teachers of the English language. While in France, she also took courses in Business and Engineering at the University of Technology of Troyes.
